Information you provide

To provide a review, we may receive your name, business contact details, payment confirmation, the vendor you identify, and information or documents you choose to provide about that vendor. Payment details are handled by the payment processor; do not email payment card information.

How information is used

Information is used to process and confirm an order, perform the requested vendor review, communicate with you, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Information is shared with a vendor only as needed to request evidence for your review, and with service providers supporting payment, hosting, or communications.

Confidential material

Please do not send confidential vendor reports until appropriate confidentiality terms are in place. We use submitted material to perform the ordered review and limit access to people and providers who need it for that purpose.

Retention and security

Information is retained as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used; no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
