Service and orders

Vendor Security Review provides a risk assessment of a vendor based on the scope and evidence described on the service page. The service is an independent review for your internal decision-making. It is not an audit, attestation, certification, or legal advice, and it does not certify a vendor.

Prices and payment

Current one-time prices are $499 for Essentials, $1,250 for Professional, and $2,500 for Critical vendor reviews. Payment is processed through the checkout link selected at order time. No subscription is described by these offers.

Timing and customer cooperation

Essentials and Professional reports are targeted within five business days and Critical reports within seven business days after the vendor's evidence arrives. Timing depends on receiving necessary information and vendor cooperation. You are responsible for providing accurate information and confirming that you may share submitted material.

Cancellation and refunds

If work has not started, a full refund is available. After work starts, the unused portion is refundable. To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected] with your order details.

Confidential information

Do not submit confidential reports until appropriate confidentiality terms are in place. Review findings are prepared for your internal decision-making; you remain responsible for your vendor approval and risk decisions.
